ITS MISSION

From a holistic approach, F.A.C.E. Leadership Institute (FLI), has become an intensive leadership program that strategically tackles mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical health while educating, equipping, and empowering our Bible-based leaders to embrace and apply Biblical principles to Eta Alpha Pi, its operations, its sisterhood, and the world in which we serve. FLI was created for and by our members with goals of faith improvement, civic engagement, and leadership. It places a special focus on our global impact and reach. Our uniquely tailored graduate-level program excites, informs, and activates students across the Sorority's footprint to lead evangelical community change.

ITS PILLARS

PILLAR I Teach Biblically-based values and principles of civic engagement that empower all members, auxiliaries, and staff to impact Eta Alpha Pi policies, legislature, and our communal influence.

PILLAR II Equip and empower our Bible-based leaders to influence our Sorority in how we brand, look, and feel where we are seen and heard by beginning with the inner child, the voice that longs for the needs of fulfillment, belonging, and trust.

PILLAR III Produce and distribute culturally relevant resources that direct leaders toward Biblical values, civil and community engagement, and the areas of improvement needed starting internally. Collectively, these resources lead to the expansion of our membership, and an increase in reach for the Kingdom of God.

THE ATTENDEES

Sorority members, auxiliaries, and staff are invited to enter a competitive process to gain a seat for this incredible experience. All applicants who are approved become students and receive an invitation to register for FLI on Sept. 1 annually.

Invitations are non-transferable unless participants are being replaced by another approved applicant. Each Sorority member, auxiliary, and staff is responsible for her registration fee, travel, and hotel expenses for the graduate weekend. All other expenses (reception meal, graduate gifting, etc.) are at the expense of the Sorority.

WHY DONATE?

We believe that investing in leadership education is key to promoting impactful change in society. Your donation to the F.A.C.E. Leadership Institute will help our Sorority to continue this important mission and achieve our shared goals.
