SERVICE

The Terms and Conditions described herein constitute a legal agreement (“Agreement” or “Stripe Payments Terms”) between you (if your business is a sole proprietorship) or your business (if you are signing up on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity) (the “Merchant”, “you” or “your”) and Eta Alpha Pi Sorority, Incorporated®, organized under the laws of Florida with offices at 2860 Delaney Ave, 568254 Orlando, Fl 32806 (“Eta Alpha Pi Sorority”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

A. Fees and Payments

  1. Members must pay membership dues and any applicable taxes or fees in full at the moment of purchase, and consequently, annual dues will be required every 365 days upon completion of their first full year as a member. You agree to pay the membership dues in accordance with the then-current applicable rates unless otherwise stated. Additionally, we will charge you any additional assessments, taxes, fines, or penalties we incur from a governmental or regulatory body or telecommunications provider as a result of your use of the Services or violations of our Governing Laws. You agree to pay the Fee, applicable taxes, communication surcharges, and other additional costs.

  2. We reserve the right to cancel your membership if debts are not made on time, leading to not being allowed access to the member’s areas.

  3. The membership candidate agrees to pay Eta Alpha Pi Sorority, Incorporated® any fees, which are based on the price set by the Grand Chapter, and with full understanding that any fees paid are non-refundable. 

  4. The membership candidate agrees that they will hold Eta Alpha Pi Sorority, Incorporated® harmless and indemnify Eta Alpha Pi Sorority, Incorporated® from any claim, loss, assessment, or expense occasioned by non-payment to Eta Alpha Pi Sorority, Incorporated®. 

  5. The membership candidate understands that when making monthly automatic payments to the Sorority, which constitutes as membership dues or fees, any late or missed payment will subject the member to disciplinary action to include expungement and collections.

  6. The membership candidate understands that following the Sorority's Financial Policy is expected and required at all times.

  7. The membership candidate also understands that payment in full does not ever constitute a confirmation of membership. The invitation to membership, along with the intake process and any other protocols or procedures commissioned by the Grand Chapter, do that.

 

B. Concerning Assessments, Taxes, Fees

  1. Assessments, Taxes, and Fees must be paid in full. You may offer various payment installment options provided that the balances are satisfied on or before the due date(s).

C. Bid Agreement

  1. By submitting payment, you make a binding offer to us to subscribe to a bid agreement with you. We may accept this offer by sending a confirmation by email provided you have passed all minimum requirements, terms, and conditions The bid agreement comes into action when this Bid Invitation is sent to you from us.

 

D. Prices

  1. All the prices reflected on this site, both the membership tiers and the taxes and fees are actual prices. However, they are subject to change without any prior notification from the Sorority. Price changes will not affect your purchase after it has been placed. Our prices do not include shipping; the customer will bear the cost of shipping, if applicable.

 

E. Payment Disputes

  1. You will notify us in writing within five (5) days of the date we bill you for any Fees that you wish to dispute. Where you are disputing any Fees, you must act reasonably and in good faith and will cooperate diligently with us to resolve the dispute. We will not charge you a late fee or suspend the provision of the Services for unpaid Fees that are in dispute unless you fail to cooperate diligently with us, or we determine your dispute is not reasonable or brought in good faith.

 

F. Payment Platform

  1. We accept payments through our website, Cash App, Zelle, Affirm, Klarna, or Paypal; we do not accept payments in the form of checks. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your payments are reported on time.

  2. When you pay a subscription to any of our memberships, the payment is completed by a secure online payment platform. At that time, we may request information such as name, telephone, address, e-mail, and payment methods.

  3. Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and, except otherwise, agreed by us in writing. We must collect payment before any action is taken by the Sorority We reserve the right to refuse individual methods of payment. 

  4. Payments must be debited on time to maintain membership. We are not responsible for payments made through our website, PayPal, Zelle, Affirm, Klarna, and Cash App that cannot be debited on time. We are also not responsible for claims of charges caused by our website, PayPal, Zelle, Affirm, Klarna, and Cash App.

  6. This website does not file any type of information related to your credit cards and payment information. In any case, the administrator will ensure the confidentiality of all data you provide, as we specified in our privacy policy.
