Jacinta Williams was the first woman to serve at an elementary school reading to school students during an aftercare program. This broke ground for the Sorority to be impactful educationally in 2017.

Sharon V. Jackson was the first woman to lead In bridging gaps between the Sorority and corporations by introducing us to a Fortune 500 company that would go on to launch internal efforts Sorority-wide in 2019.

Soror Stephanie Ferrell was the first woman to introduce the Project Planet national program garnering 90% of the service work done in 2024 alone. She single-handedly launched this in 2023.
