6th Annual Eta Foundation Partnership Drive

Our Acting Board of Managers has released the official notice kicking off our annual foundation donation drive! For the first time in 6 years, they were able to quantify contact data from previous and current donors. This new discovery and achievement is another reminder that "slow and steady' is best practice here in Eta Alpha Pi Sorority, Incorporated. The last 5 years met each donation drive with its own set of challenges yet, we were able to not only meet our goal, but exceed it. That is because of our committed partners who really want to see us win, God win. Because of them, we are here today!

This year's drive really matters to us as it sets our Sorority up for great productivity flow and goal-meeting initiatives. Another treat to note is our incoming cabinet to fill open seats on our national board. These ladies have worked and are working to finalize FACE Leadership Training and tie any loose ends before they take office on Jan 1. The board members related to this effort are our incoming Finance Vice President, Soror Rhonda C. Scott and our incoming Programming Vice President, Soror Kayla Symone Price. Both of these ladies are slated to take over this initiative in 2023.

The 2022 theme is: Funding our future, Leaving Legacies of 'Forevers'.

Our National President, Soror Meelah Lowery, comprised this theme from the reflection of service conducted over the last 6 years of the foundation, and her vision of where she'd like this to go; in her own words:

"What matters here is what we do today with the focus on tomorrow. Our Sorority is one remnant of God's Kingdom. We know that we are not meant to be on this faith journey alone, so we look to our foundation partners to help us continue to help God's people.
When I went to Africa, it was life-changing. Standing on the soil of the African continent, as an Eta Pi, I knew that we can one day all be here by name, by brand, and by person.
Flying out of the Zambian country, I was determined to ensure that every move we made going forward, was calculated, strategic, intentional and global in process. This drive and every one of them to come, will help us do just that."

Sorors have historically contributed and solicited funds for this annual occasion and this year is no different. This year's goal: $750
